From a humble showroom at Wijerama Junction, Nugegoda, Dayaratne Group began its journey over 50 years ago. What started as a small operation in 1967 by our late father, Mr. W.M. Dayaratne, has now evolved into a dynamic, globally connected enterprise. Today, we stand strong with our own warehouse, a state of the art repair and maintenance center, a multi-story brand-new showroom, and international offices in Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Egypt, and Kenya.
As pioneers in Sri Lanka's sewing machine rental industry, we have expanded our presence to India, Bangladesh, Kenya, and Indonesia. While machine rentals remain our core service, we have diversified into importing, selling, refurbishing, repairing, and maintaining industrial sewing machines along with spare parts, accessories, and cutting edge automation solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
Our biggest strength is our people especially our highly skilled technical team. Their deep expertise and problem-solving abilities make us the preferred choice for industrial sewing machine repairs, maintenance, and automation solutions.
